The School House Lofts are creating new luxury, student-housing lofts, just steps away from the Eastern Washington University Campus.  We offer collaborative living in our shared three and four bedroom suites in an atmosphere geared towards learning - along with all of the comfort & conveniences your student needs when looking for a new home for the next school year.  Private studio suites are also available on a limited basis.

Entries to the building will be via key fob and all building entry ways will have digital camera surveillance.  Each suite and each bedroom will be individually keyed.  After regular office hours we provide after hours emergency maintenance services and a community assistant is on-call for other needs your student may have.  Click here for more info on our amenities.

 School House Lofts are NOT on-campus housing and we are not affilliated with EWU.  As required by EWU; all full-time, single, first-year students of Eastern Washington University who are under twenty-one years of age are required to live in university residence hall facilities throughout their first year at the university.   Here is the EWU housing requirement: https://access.ewu.edu/housing/prospectiveresidents/housing-requirement 

Our student housing loft suites are located directly across the street from the Eastern Washington University Campus in Cheney, WA.  School House Lofts is the closest student housing community to EWU.  More about location with map.

 Your rent at the School House Lofts includes all utilities, super fast 100mb fiber Wi-Fi with a dedicated wireless access point in each unit, furniture and all appliances.  One monthly installment includes everything! 

Each student will need a guarantor to apply and then sign the lease agreement.
